The terms that apply when you use Visibility Growth websites, scans, leaderboards and connected features.

These Terms of Service govern use of visibilitygrowth.co.uk and related Visibility Growth products, including Visibility Index leaderboards, free scans, reports, claim flows, dashboards and Google-connected features.
By accessing or using Visibility Growth you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must be able to form a binding contract under the laws of England and Wales. If you use the service on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business.
Where accounts or dashboard access are offered, you are responsible for keeping login credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of unauthorised use.
Some features require connecting a Google account. Google connections are optional, subject to Google’s terms, and may be revoked by you at any time. Visibility Growth only uses Google access to provide features you request.
You may use Visibility Growth for lawful business purposes related to understanding and improving local visibility. Public leaderboard and profile pages may be viewed and shared subject to these Terms.
You must not misuse the service, attempt to scrape or overload it without permission, interfere with security, submit unlawful or misleading information, or use the service to harass others.
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit (including business identity details) and for complying with applicable advertising, consumer and data-protection laws in your use of the service.
Visibility rankings and scores are derived from public and partner signals available at the time of measurement. Data may be incomplete, delayed or change after publication. Rankings cannot be purchased.
The service may link to or depend on third-party platforms (including Google). Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
Visibility Growth is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google LLC except to the extent Google APIs are used under Google’s developer terms. Google trademarks remain the property of their owners.
Visibility Growth branding, software, report formats and site content are owned by Visibility Growth / SEO Arc or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them except as allowed by these Terms or with written permission.
We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, outages or upstream API limits may affect availability.
We may modify, suspend or discontinue features. Material changes to these Terms will be reflected by updating the date on this page.
We may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached, or where required for security or legal reasons.
Visibility Growth provides measurement, explanation and tools. It does not guarantee improved rankings, traffic, enquiries, revenue or any particular business outcome.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Visibility Growth is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply.
