Data Deletion Request

This page explains how to request deletion of your Visibility Growth account or personal data.

How to request deletion

Email hello@visibilitygrowth.co.uk with the subject line “Data deletion request”.

Please include:

• the email address used with Visibility Growth
• the business name and town if relevant
• whether you also want Google-connected data deleted

We aim to process requests as soon as reasonably practicable and normally within 30 days.

What we will normally delete

Depending on your request and what we hold, we will normally delete or anonymise:

• account and profile contact details you provided
• scan / lead / claim records tied to your identity
• Google OAuth tokens and connected Google Business Profile linkage for your account

What may need to be retained

Some information may need to be retained for a limited period where required for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, security or dispute-resolution reasons. Where retention is required, we will limit it to what is necessary.

Public Visibility Index leaderboard entries that are market measurements (not your private account) may remain as anonymised or public ranking records where they do not identify you beyond publicly available business signals.

Revoking Google access independently

You can revoke Visibility Growth’s access to your Google Account at any time, without waiting for a deletion request, through Google’s third-party access page:

https://myaccount.google.com/permissions

After you revoke access, Visibility Growth cannot retrieve new Google data for that connection. You may still email us if you also want related stored data deleted.
