Plain-English copy for local businesses: service pages, guides, FAQs and agreed social wording. Written from your facts. No invented claims, reviews or results.

The job is to put useful words in the right place so a customer can decide whether to get in touch. What we write Website copy: homepage, about, contact and other agreed pages. Service pages that explain the work and the area you serve. FAQs, guides and articles when those pieces are in the agreed scope. Captions or short updates you ask for as social assistance — not an unlimited posting calendar.
What this is not Not a rebuild and not a technical website task. Putting copy live on a site you cannot edit yourself may need Website Improvements or your developer. Not Google Business Profile posts or review replies. Those sit on GBP management or inside Premium’s profile work. Not a promised number of blogs per month on Growth. Pricing states blog writing is not included in Growth. Quality over volume. One accurate page that answers a real question is worth more than a stack of thin posts. We will not invent a publishing quota that is not on the pricing page.

Most local customers still decide from a handful of pages: what you do, where you work, and how to contact you.
Problem Thin service pages, copy that could belong to any trade, or pages that never mention the towns you actually serve.
What we do Write or rewrite agreed pages in plain English. Explain the service, who it is for, and what happens next. Include location relevance only where it is true. Match a professional tone to your business — not slang, and not keyword stuffing.
What you receive Draft copy for the agreed URLs or new pages, ready for you to approve. Publishing onto the live site is included only where that access and package already cover it.

Articles and FAQs are for questions customers already ask — not for filling a calendar.
What we do when they are in scope FAQs that answer real objections or practical questions. Guides that go deeper than a service page, still tied to work you actually offer. Blog articles or news pieces you have approved, based on your facts. Case studies only with your permission and without inventing outcomes. Premium includes content creation and new content or pages when there is a real opportunity — not a fixed weekly blog. Growth does not include blog writing. If you want a one-off article or a small set of pages, we quote that list.
What you receive The agreed pieces, dated, with a suggested place to publish them. We do not guarantee they will rank or bring enquiries.

Local content means the writing matches the business on the ground. Towns and services you actually cover — not a list copied from a competitor. Claims we can support from what you tell us or from public evidence you approve.
No fake reviews, no invented “award-winning” lines, no guaranteed results in the copy. If a phrase would mislead a customer, we will not use it. SEO matters, but people reading the page come first.
Service detail
The current service includes social media assistance. That means help with wording you have asked for — captions, short updates, or a post draft — not a hidden social-media retainer on Growth. We do not invent a posts-per-week allowance. Profile posts on Google are GBP work. Paid ads are out of scope unless separately agreed in writing.
What you receive The social copy that was in the agreed list. Scheduling or community management is only included if we have said so in that same agreement.

Good writing still needs source material. Services, towns, opening pattern, and how you want people to get in touch. Facts we must not get wrong: prices you want mentioned, guarantees you do not offer, work you do not do. Photos or job examples only with permission.
Who approves drafts, and in what timescale you can reply. We will not invent a same-week publishing promise. If you cannot supply facts, we will write only what is publicly true and mark gaps rather than fill them with guesses.

The sequence is: Brief — which pages or pieces, for whom, and which package or quote pays for them. Facts — you send source material; we do not scrape private data or invent a case study. Draft — plain-English copy for your review.
Revise — a sensible round of amends on the agreed pieces, not unlimited rewrites of the whole site. Publish — we place it live where access and the package allow, or we hand the file to you or your developer.
You own the finished copy you have paid for. We will not reuse your unique job stories for another customer.

Words, website and profile should not contradict each other. Copy we write can be placed on the site through Website Improvements or Premium website work. Local visibility reporting is a different service: Local Business Visibility Reviews & Monitoring. A Website Review can show which pages need better copy; it does not write the pages by itself.
We will not treat a thin page as a reason to rebuild the whole website.
Content plans
Content work is included in Premium when there is a real opportunity. Growth does not include blog writing.
A named list of pages or articles can also be quoted on its own.
